I arrived at Solar Urgent Care on Friday, December 6, 2024. The young ladies at the front desk were exceptionally kind. To my surprise, I was seen much faster than during my previous visit, where I had waited almost four hours. This time, It was under dire circumstances and i again saw Dr. Leo Lopez, who is available on Mondays and Fridays. I explained my situation to him, but he interrupted me, disregarded my concerns, and insisted he understood my prognosis even before we received the lab results. Doctor showed personal interest he was very caring. Only thing they take long to be seen. Other than that I would recommend.
Im sorry but I had to go here due to work because I got injured and I heard the dr and assistant on the side talking asking why was I there for if I had already seen the other dr and I heard them whispering more and more about why would I even be there. That made me so uncomfortable. Even the medical assistant was rude from the beginning it made me feel like she was looking down on me. Front staff super kind and they were pretty quick also overall.
