This Urgent care is the best in Oxnard!! The staff in Solar Urgent care (Brenda) is “awesome”I took my brother and sister in law to get a medicines and she took care of them quick. Customer service is fantastic!!
The wait time here is typically around two hours, which is expected for an urgent care, so that's not the main issue. However, l've visited this location with my boyfriend recently and the experience was disappointing. Dr. Gay’s attitude toward us felt condescending, likely because we're young, as if he assumed we wouldn't understand anything. I arrived at Solar Urgent Care on Friday, December 6, 2024. The young ladies at the front desk were exceptionally kind. To my surprise, I was seen much faster than during my previous visit, where I had waited almost four hours. This time, It was under dire circumstances and i again saw Dr. Leo Lopez, who is available on Mondays and Fridays.
