Great staffing attitude. They knew I was in a lot of pain and got me to see dr Lopez as soon as possible! The treatment was done very quickly and I was discharged to get my meds timely.
Longest wait of my life.
I went to the urgent care at about a quarter to 6pm on a Monday, just over two hours before they close. One other car in the parking lot, and no one in the waiting room. I was told they were no longer taking patients "so close" to closing time. Then she said no other urgent care would take me since they close at 7. Never going to even try going there again. Why even keep the doors open if you aren't going to take anyone?
Do not come here.
I called ahead to ask about the wait time and was told it was about an hour. I arrived at 12:40 PM, checked in, and was then told the wait would be around 45 minutes. After waiting over an hour just to be taken back, I then sat in the exam room for another 45 minutes without being seen. When I asked a staff member how much longer it would be, he rolled his eyes and told me there was still another patient ahead of me.
