I would give them a 0 is I could. (0 days ago I booked a remove and replace contract with solar technologies. I needed a new roof and the solar needed to come off. Sarah is the nicest and great worker has been my only contact and she is not a technician. I requested a pre site visit to review the job and draw up plans and I was told it is billable. So no pre site visit was ever completed. So removal went well. Install is a disaster. We are now 5 days in and I have no working system. I had 2 inverters and wanted to go to one.... read more
Javier and Joshua were very professional, and let me know what to expect and what they needed from me to complete our solar upgrade. When finished, they summarized everything I’d need to know moving forward. Later I received an emailed report detailing what was done, including many before, during and after photos. I’ve been impressed with Solar Technologies every step of the way.
I have been working with Sarah on a removal and replacement of my 28 solar panels. We scheduled it 2 months ago. The team started the removal on Tuesday but had to leave after 3 panels die to very high winds. I have a 2nd story steep slope roof so is was not safe for the crew. Sarah was very professional rescheduled a crew for Wednesday. Of course it was pouring when they arrived but the wind was not a factor. They removed the 28 panels but had to leave the roof mounts in. Just had solar panels reinstalled by Solar Technology. They were excellent to work with. Manny and Joshua did a great job not only doing the actual work but also explaining what they did. Sara did the coordinating and was a very responsive and organized communicator. May opt to switch out old Sunpower micro inverters and panels, and add batteries in the future - would be happy to work with Solar Technology again.
