We had Sun Run install 22 solar panels on our roof. Our electricity bill is $0.00, but the fees Sun Run charges cancel out any savings. In summary, it wasn't worth the trouble. AVOID SUN RUN!
my solar panel are on second floor. the driveway is right under them . there has been up to 6" of ice fall on my driveway. There was certainly no due diligents. I have put up warnings for neighbors and anyone else that may use my driveway or garage. cleaning it up is not my concern. Personal Injury is my concern.
Avoid using this solar company. Terrible customer service, and you're stuck in a long contract.
Avoid at all costs. I became a Sunrun customer when Sunrun purchased Vivint Solar. I opened up a claim back in September after I discovered a roof leak. The claim is still open. Sunrun, after some of the most incompetent customer service I've ever experienced, eventually accepted responsibility and paid for half the roof to be replaced ($6,000+, when at one point during the claim they offered $500).
