Buyer Beware. You will receive no service from them AT ALL, no matter how many times you call, they will never call back. ALso no email address (wonder why) The install (2019-2020 ;who have all quit), did a very good job. I am happy with panels, although they also lied to me on amount of panels I needed. My issue is that since they tell you u will "OWN IT" after they complete the job. They will never answer your calls for assistance. I.E. This is one of the most unscrupulous companies on the planet. First, I was told that 26 panels would cover 100%of my electric needs. I bought 30 to see if I could get a check from Duke Energy for the surplus. But as of now, for 2 years I've only had three months that it covered my bill. Then, I had 4 panels fail and with their limited warranty they refused to replace. Now, my data is down, they won't take my calls or return them. I've never had a worse relationship with any company. This company pulls permits from existing other customers already in the line. This is costing these customers cancellation fees and more.. Plus they also put up cheaper equipment to make it seem like they are saving the customer a lot of money and do shortcuts..
