my experience with solar smart living did not start of as good as I had hoped. Everything went well until a few things in our contract were still not fulfilled. I was to wait a couple weeks for my contract to be 100% complete. After a month and no word on when it would be done,I made a phone call to the owner of the company. He turned out yo be a very nice person and very apologetic for what happened. All the employees were. basically something fell threw the cracks. Customer service from sales representative and instalation crew was excellent. I haven't had any issues with the equipment very happy with their product and services. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the finance part. The way that the finance Co. (******* ******* ***) Figures out the interst is very bad, I completely lost 6 or 7 months worth to interest until I decided to pay it off in full.
Mrs. Garcia was very professional she explained very clearly and answered all the questions we ask.
