Great customer service and product. Love swimming in April in 85 degree water.
Thank you for coming out to repair the sensors to our solar swimming pool heating unit which we have had for 16 years through your company. The unit has had little to no problems since installation! :) :) Now can you make the sun shine please!
We have had our system since 1980. We only had our second water heater installed a couple of years ago. Since hurricane Matthew, I have been in contact with Solar Services on several occasions. Sue, Ed, Will and Matt, have gone above and beyond. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service this company provides. If there was a rating higher than five stars, they would have it! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Thank you for always being there, on time, and with a smile!
Was really pleased with the top-notch customer service we received from SS of Virginia Beach. We had a leak under the rooftop solar panel that heats our pool. They sent a rep out quickly, he came on time, he was efficient, and the price was reasonable. Every person we spoke with at SS (3) was courteous and helpful. Very glad this company is right here in Virginia Beach to serve our solar needs.
