My roof has been leaking for months due to the company's poor installation of the solar panels. I've been calling for months and no response/aid. I'd rate them zero stars if i could.
I highly recommend never ever do business with this company. Solar Sale Atlanta GA submitted an incorrect loan application overcharging me $15,500 to the Good Leap loan Company and still trying to get them to fix their mistake with Good Leap for the past 2 years. Solar Sale USA does not respond to emails or phone calls. I've had to reach out to our State Senators and the GA Secretary of State office for help in this matter.
6/12/23 Equipment works. But everything else is trash. Sales guy said the 2nd battery was $6500. That's better than the first quote I received. PLUS, their financing was better. Somehow though, that second battery was never secured. Once I was approved it should have been. The sales guy, Michael, acted like he would lose his job if I canceled. I had no desire to cancel. I wish I could give no stars! This by far has been the worst experience of my life! I’ve been asking for service on these panels for over 2 years and they have made appointments but never showed up. The panels have not produced since March of this year. They actually never have produced more than a $19.00 credit when I was promised by the sales person that I would not have a bill or a very small bill. It was a flat out lie!
