Previously had a good experience but its gone down hill. Our recent experience is that the barista needed us to repeat our order (no joke) 5x, and still somehow instead of giving us a Coffe w/Boba (as named on the menu under THE THAI TEA) they gave us a plain coffee with milk add boba which cost more and is not the drink ordered. It was terrible. They repeatedly asked if we wanted to add espresso, which we did not, and would not accept their own coupon, which should have been my hint they got the order wrong.
