RecommendedMy wife did all the Solar Company reviews in the area and Solar Ray was the best. We ended up going with them and couldnt be happier. Everything they told us came true. From Alex in Sales, the Installers were prompt and courteous and left the job site as good as they found it. Carl the end electrician was great. Very patient while we set everything up and answered alot of my questions after the fact. Down the road I plan to add more panels and Solar Ray will be getting the call again.
Solar Ray. Inc. is a very good company. They installed a 10.8k system, all is working very well and out performing my expectations. The people at Solar Ray are very responsive and do what they say they are gong to do. My first full month bill came in September, It was $29.00 - down from $350.00 a year ago (this was with a few cloudy days due to hurricane/tropical storms). Billed for 149 KW = last year was 2000 KW. We had our panels installed a couple of years ago I sent them an email yesterday (Saturday) expecting a reply maybe Monday, I received a answer first thing this morning (Sunday) with the answer to one of my questions and a follow up date for the second. This company is amazing and the customer service is impeccable. I will recommend them highly every time someone asks. Exceptional service, courteous and diligent.
My sales experience and installation was seamless. The team was very informative and kept me in the loop during the process. The install was completed in one day and within a week my energy provider installed my bi-directional meter. Highly recommend this company and would use them again.
