We had our solar system installed around 2021. We gave SPM good review. However now that several years have pasted and we need a service call SPM will not respond to any return calls. This has been going on since last November. No answers as to what to do except. I guess pay the power bill after all the money spent with this company. We are very disappointed in them. asked Mike Myers for a good Solar company and he gave us Solar Power Midwest. They had a better package than the other place we were working with. We have only had 1 issue with the solar and Sherry, the office manager, took care of the issue very quickly. Dave has made sure to make everything go smooth and very easy with the whole process. We had a tornado go through the area and they were out very quickly to check to make sure our solar was fine. Add Solar Power installed by these guys a year ago electrical connections were made wrong did produce solar for six months. Said they would reimburse me. Did not did not get my state refund trying to get a hold of them. Will not answer my calls. Do not go with these people. They will tell you they would never do anything like that but turn around and do it.
We had a solar system install late December of 23, since it was installed we have nothing but issue. (The unit kicks out) I called Dave and Sherrie multiple time and will not answer or return your calls. But funny they will answer if I use a different phone number that they don't recognize, I told them that I know that they are avoiding my calls and they always give me a line of lies. I should of just paid more money to go with someone else and I highly would not recommend them at all.
