I don't normally leave reviews, but after my INCREDIBLE experience with Solar Pool Supply, I had to do it. 99% of the time when you call a number on a website like this, no one answers. Well, that's not the case with this company. Greg answered my call on the second ring and, what's even more impressive is, he was friendly and incredibly helpful. I reached out to Solar pool supply in regards to replacing some existing plumbing connections to my pool solar. I connected with Greg who went above and beyond to make this happen. Greg crafted an entire parts list for me making the purchase super easy. Additionally, Greg provided me with an additional parts list for my trip to Home Depot together all the necessary other items. I shopped around and I finally settled on going with Solar Pool Supply. The Swim Easy panels were nearly identical to my old system that lasted 15 years. Their website and installation videos were pretty straight forward, and every time I called with questions they actually answered the phone, even after I purchased the system! My system arrived in about 2 or 3 days. Later, I had to order larger additional rubber couplings so the existing holes in my concrete tiles lined up with the holes from my old system. The customer service at Solar Pool Supply is truly 5-star. I sent them countless emails with questions and for support, and every time they responded quickly and were very helpful. When we ran into a leak issue, their team made sure it was completely resolved at no cost to me. Our solar system is now running perfectly, and I’m looking forward to many seasons of use. This company genuinely stands behind their products and takes care of their customers, and for that reason alone, I’d buy only from them. Highly recommended.
