So disappointed in this company. Our entire roof leaks from a botched installation and we've had to have our roof covered by a huge tarp for months now, unable to pull any solar. The owner has completely ghosted us, ignored the letter from our lawyers, and our only option now is to go through arbitration. The quote to fix our roof and have it reinstalled correctly was $16,000 from our insurance.
