I began to look online when I finally decided my home needed a solar system. I looked through a lot of websites but couldn't understand much. I looked at reviews on Yelp and found a few companies. Last year I racked some pretty high bills trying to compensate for the summer heat. This summer was no easier with record setting heats. Soon as I noticed my bills were only going to go up every year I made the decision to help myself. I looked into solar a while before I picked Solar Optimum for the job. I want to start by saying the the communication I experienced dealing with Solar Optimum was top notch. They did all the follow ups with us and the utility and kept us in every email along the way. It is refreshing to deal with a company with these characteristics. My system was up with hassles from the utility but they took care of any issue that came up. Thank you for your hard work.

Solar Optimum did a great job installing our solar system. The process was very smooth and the installation took only about a day. I have to say the look of the it all came out much better than I had expected. The new system is saving us a lot of money and I am so happy to have made this addition.

We had been thinking about getting a solar system for a while when we called Solar Optimum, and we were very pleased with how they handled our case. Ivan was very helpful from the beginning in explaining everything about the process and helping us get an idea of how much we would save by getting solar panels. The installation went smoothly and took less than 2 days and there were never issues.

Professional and competent. Got a very competitive price from Solar Optimum and top tier brand. The 25 years bumper to bumper warranty including the performance guarantee was the clincher. There was a slight delay in getting the solar system inspected and clear to turn on thanks to the city and utility company. No Fault of Solar Optimum. Overall had a very positive 5-star experience. The work was done as promised and I've been pleased with the customer service and performance of the panels.

We recently chose to go solar with Solar Optimum after having talked to and meeting with the local companies in town. There were a lot of reason why we chose them. It started with their friendly phone people who were very informative from the start. Their guy Sean came to my house with an unbelievable presentation. They answered questions I didn't even know I had. They went above and beyond I feel in most categories and that's what I remember most.

We had great experience going solar. The team that came to my house was very neat and put up my system in about one day. The panels look great and my bills are lower than they have ever been. I don't know why everybody hasn't gone solar.

Going solar has helped rid me of at least one of my monthly bills. I have been really happy with my purchase. They told me about there referral program and with my referrals has taken the cost down even more. Thank you for all your help.
