Andrew and his crew are great and thus very busy, as a pool professional myself, The Tecnosolis stuff is great but it is sometimes to reach someone, it's also hard to get me this time of year. :-)
Solor Ontario has come to my property and replaced 14 of my inverters on my panels I have had a couple of issues regarding this. I believe some of the ones that they replaced are not working. My problem is they now they never call me back. I have emailed and called several times and with no response since Oct of 2017 Im very frustrated that I get on a machine and a owner that is not the nicest person to speak with.
