After waiting about a week and a half for an appointment, I brought my Honda Civic hatchback to be tinted. After dropping it off, I was called back saying they didn’t realize it was a hatchback and the vehicle would take about 8 hours and cost nearly twice what they originally quoted. I said they could keep it an additional day to complete the job. They said they won’t have time to complete the job and I’d have to wait more than a week for a new appointment.
