I used to only go here. They were great. Recently though, I can’t say the same. The team was new so I am not sure if the salon changed management. The manager was incredible rude and mildly condescending as soon as we walked in. The manicure consisted solely of painting our nails. No gun pampering. It was really a really unfortunate and less than relaxing experience.
Everyone there is so nice and does an amazing job! Best nail salon in Rocksprings!
Amazing customer service did wat i wanted will b going back
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The worst customer service I have ever had. Jack and Tia have no business running this place. Quality is terrible. Two weeks after having a new set, and they have been lifting since the first week.
