She went to get the water to soak my nails and then she prepared to cut my cuticles. Without asking, she began to file my nail length down very short. She put my hand in the water and began to cut my cuticles. She started on my left hand while my right hand was still soaking. She got to the thumb of the left hand and made me bleed.
