I’ve been going to this salon since I was in 8th grade, I walked in the other day and all the workers were new except one. I usually go to Susan and asked where she was, they wouldn’t really answer. First they said she was off, second they said she was on vacation, third I was told she went to China and isn’t coming back. The vibes were very odd. My wife has been coming here for years, like the entire time we’ve been married. She goes into her appointment today and the “new management” that was supposed to take her appointment delegated her to another tech. The tech was great, but the ambiance was off, many existing patrons asking where Susan and Ken (previous owners/managers) were. You know when they tell on phone price when get to store and make your nails and than charge more !!!! Oh because we made it French it full set with color or I suppose bring my own color with me!! They are not honest ! Be clear and specific on your price
