Beware!! I went in for a French manicure with my natural nails for a funeral. The lady took my $35 before she started the service. She went to get the water to soak my nails and then she prepared to cut my cuticles. Without asking, she began to file my nail length down very short. She put my hand in the water and began to cut my cuticles. She started on my left hand while my right hand was still soaking. She got to the thumb of the left hand and made me bleed. Nails were a mess, THE NEXT DAY! I drove 25 mins for this salon bec I got a pedicure with my husband 1 day; I chose a random shop near a shopping mall... had a great service that day! Went back for a full service experience, and the nailist seemed unsure! She did her best-- took longer than what I am used to, but I walked out semi-satisfied!
