Where do I begin?! I walked in explaining I recently had a bad pedicure and my nail bed is thin therefore I need the gel soaked off. The owner then assigned a new worker, her first day on the job to do my pedicure! She left the water on in the basin and the water nearly overflowed over. I then had to instruct her to file,shape, buff and smooth out the jagged edges. I even had to remind her of base coats needed prior to polishing. I’ve been here numerous time when I live in the Bronx and my manicures and pedicures were always on point my go to manicurist always great and friendly as is the staff you know if I’m willing to to take NJT from the city to get hooked up you know they do great work

Dont let Google fool you. these people do not know what they are doing. They tell me one price on the phone but charge another and illegally charge a surcharge for you using a DEBIT CARD!! then i literally had to make her redo my nails like 6 times! never ever neverrrr again!
