WOAH. Dee Dee was such a rock star! I’m in town for a few days and felt like a little mani pedi action so I stopped in hoping they had time for me on a busy Saturday morning. She took me right away. The mango spa pedicure was lovely but WOW that foot and leg massage. She offered 10 mins more on the foot and leg and I declined at the time - totally regretting it. I went there today and they did such an amazing job fixing a terrible nail job I had done elsewhere! This will be my new go to place! Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, this was a terrible pedicure experience. Paid 83 for a pedicure that was totally not worth what I paid for . The technician didn’t properly prep my nails, cut my cuticles too aggressively, and the polish job was sloppy and uneven. The station didn’t appear clean, which made me uncomfortable. I left unhappy and won’t be returning. I hope management addresses training and cleanliness.
Do not go here. They do not have their polishes labeled correctly so you'll sit there for an hour before they put the wrong color on. Then laugh it off as though your time and money dont mean anything. Also the edges of the nails weren't painted all the way and they're wavy. And the skin around my nails was cut multiple times with the dremel. Waste of time and money.
Linda is amazing. I will only request her for now on and no one else. I had a gift card, and the lady that did my nails hovered over my shoulder the entire time watching my tip. She started demanding I give a good tip since she did my manicure and someone else did my pedicure. I always give 20% but I’ve never had the staff hover over my shoulder and embarrass me before I could even write anything on the paper. She also snatched my receipt away when I was finished writing. I suggest requesting Linda ONLY if you go here.
