I brought my daughter here for valentines day, this was our first time here. The general experience was good, we both got pedicures (hers was a child's pedicure) and I got the the most basic with hot rocks. I paid $95 (never in my life have I paid this much for our pedicures), but, I went home that same day and the paint on my toes has already started to peel off on its own. How even?? Day one?? Gel polish???

Didn’t even get what I wanted. The first picture is what I wanted and the second is what I got. He asked if I liked the nails and I shook my head no and said no and he just laughed.

horrible customer service. paid $115 for two pedicures and 3 days later 5 of my toes no longer have polish and i paid extra for gel. called for a refund and was told “ i dont think so “ and when i explained i will be on vacation for another 8 days she hung up on me bc she couldnt fix it. absolutely ridiculous. i took a shower and watched two toes of polish literally just lift off and wash away. spend money somewhere else bc this place obviously doesnt deserve it.
