Loyal customer for years ever since I moved to this area. Fair prices for really nice work. The owner is super well skilled, but so are other staff. Other nail salons I've been to either hurt my hands by being too rough or the job is very meh looking
I am incredibly disappointed and humiliated by the lack of professionalism I experienced at this salon. I walked in for a pedicure and brow service and was told to wait. After waiting patiently for about 10 minutes, I watched the staff immediately seat anothwr walk-in customer who arrived after me right in the spot, with absolutely no communication or explanation given to me. I paid $87 for a French builder gel manicure and left extremely disappointed with both the service and the final result. I specifically requested thin, narrow nails because I have larger nail beds and did not want a bulky shape. Despite communicating this multiple times throughout the appointment, the final result was much thicker and wider than what I asked for.
