I am incredibly disappointed and humiliated by the lack of professionalism I experienced at this salon. I walked in for a pedicure and brow service and was told to wait. I paid $87 for a French builder gel manicure and left extremely disappointed with both the service and the final result. I specifically requested thin, narrow nails because I have larger nail beds and did not want a bulky shape. Despite communicating this multiple times throughout the appointment, the final result was much thicker and wider than what I asked for.
