Walked in at 5pm on a weekday needing to get acrylic nails removed and was told they’re “too busy with appointments.” There were two people getting services done and two employees standing around.. very disappointed. Also, this was not the first time I’ve heard this same excuse from this establishment.
I recently moved from Florida and decided to try this salon for a basic pedicure, but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Because I chose the regular (non-gel) pedicure, the service felt rushed and careless. The technician didn’t clean my cuticles properly, and when I asked for a specific color, he told me it was only for gel—despite the fact that most polishes come in both gel and regular formulas. Been here twice, I think they’re great! Very friendly. You can find worse places which says something. I’ve only been happy with the services I’ve gotten, which were full set manicures. Mike is very good!
