I would’ve had the best experience ever if they would’ve did what I asked I specifically asked for regular polish on my full set French tip set the guy just did what he wanted and I ended up paying $55 for a full set which was suppose to be $30 + $5 for French tip =$35 because he choose to put clear gel polish on the top instead of what I asked regular polish he charged me an additional $20. Walked in at 5pm on a weekday needing to get acrylic nails removed and was told they’re “too busy with appointments.” There were two people getting services done and two employees standing around.. very disappointed. Also, this was not the first time I’ve heard this same excuse from this establishment.

I recently moved from Florida and decided to try this salon for a basic pedicure, but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Because I chose the regular (non-gel) pedicure, the service felt rushed and careless. The technician didn’t clean my cuticles properly, and when I asked for a specific color, he told me it was only for gel—despite the fact that most polishes come in both gel and regular formulas.
