My panels use to be scheduled two times per year. Now I have to call to schedule. And now they missed my scheduled cleaning by two days. No call, nothing. Guess I will have to call them AGAIN.

Beware!! Communication was good until they got paid. I use to get updates on my project until they got paid and then it just stopped. They would even change appointments or not show up without calling or informing me. They left a bunch of trash on my yard and roof after install. I cleaned up the yard already and the ones I can reach on my roof but there’s still trash up there that I couldn’t reach. I’ve been trying to get them to come out with no luck. Just had Justin Beck in my home discussing the whole solar panel thing. He made understanding the value, the process and the installation very easy to understand. He has also been very clear and accurate about following up services. I would highly recommend him and his staff. Every person whom I have had interaction with at this company has been very kind and professional. Again, highly recommend.

The guys that came out did a great job! They took lots of care when getting on my roof. The panels look amazing. Thank you to Katherine for everything. She got me scheduled and reassured me that the crew would carefully inspect, clean and I would get a report on their visit. Update: Stopped using this company after I had several broken tiles. They were the only company that has ever been on my roof. I was given several free cleanings and never redeemed them.

Solar Maintenance Pros cleaned my 53 panels this past week. As usual they were on time and worked efficiently. And I just looked at my app to see production and the change is amazing. The blue bars show what I imported from the grid and yellow bars show what I sent to the grid. It's easy to tell when they came.
