Don’t expect this company to continue serving your system. They will stop whenever they feel like it, with no notice. Poor business model. While each individual contract WAS for one year only, SMP had been servicing our system for MANY years. After MANY years of happy service they stopped returning my emails and phone calls. After weeks of trying to get ahold of them to schedule our service, finally someone actually talked to us and told us that they were not renewing our contract and were not accepting "New" customers. I had an issue with my Solar system. I called in and had great service. They do good work and are busy so it took just about a week to get a person out, which was not an issue. What amazed me was the technician they sent. Louise was her name and she was amazing. She was fast effective, efficient and super pleasant to work with. She (Louise) gave some of the best costumer service I have ever had. I can tell you beyond any doubt I will work with them and ask for her again. BEWARE!!! This company will string you along and not do anything they say they’re going to do. We had to call them from a different number to even get through to them about our solar they came out to “repair”. CUIDADO con esta compañía. No hacen lo que dicen que van hacer y luego no contestan el teléfono.
