Receptionist is rude and hangs up on people
Wonderful folks to work with from sales people, administrators, billing and installation team. Very courteous and informative with detailed instructions and warranties. They had our entire system up and running within a week (after city any GRU approval process) despite two days of rain that postponed work. It is now functioning very well with a nice daily production of photovoltaic electricity. Also easy to monitor via the Tesla app on our I-phones.
I am very happy with the products and installation process of my new solar system. It is working great and saving me money. They listen to your questions, requests and needs and work with you to get you to a system you are completely happy with. I went back to them again when I needed more battery back-up for my system and they did a great job with that as well. Would highly recommend Solar Impact to anyone looking to go solar.
Dealing with Solar Impact staff and personnel has been MOSTLY a pleasure. If I could give them 4.5 I would. I can’t give 5 stars simply because things that I’ve discussed with them during the installation process could have been smoother. Our main issues were with a few of the installers and scheduling.
