The perfect trifecta - great service, friendly, and knowledgeable! I spoke to the tech, and he sent out a technician to repair the ac unit the same day. They gave me an estimate, took the time to explain and answer all my questions, and repaired the unit. I will definitely use them again.
I had my Heater installed by Wade’s Air & Heater Repair this morning. He was a consummate professional. I showed him where the unit was located and he went to work. It only took him a few hours to remove my old unit and handler and install the new ones. It is evident that he takes pride in his work as he was extremely neat and considerate. The technician was great., professional, respectful and didnâ t pressure me. I would of liked the dispatch to be a little more accurate about the time. They told me much earlier than the tech could possibly be there just by where he was when I called. He gave me his ETA and was there at exactly that time.
