If I could do no star that would be better. I had solar supposed to be installed in June. Paid cash and it still has not been finalized. I was in contact with the owners son and was tild they would reimburse me for all my electricity until it was installed. Supposedly, the electric company ****** it on but it stilll hasnt been turned on and no one from the company will return my emails or calls.

I had Solar Five install a solar system in June 2021. It has yet to work as described, the company is indifferent to the promises it made and no longer answers the business phone. I still believe in solar power and am now working with the manufacturer of my solar system to get the system operating correctly. DO NOT work with Solar Five , they seem incapable of fulfilling promises and service.

Terrible company. If your system needs any kind of after-sale support, you will not get it from Solar Five. My system went down (failed inverter) in April 2001. They gave my inverter to another customer and since then, it has been a weekly struggle to get them to respond. It is now January 2022 and my system is still not restored. Promises mean nothing if a company won't stand behind them.

A solar installation is a long-term investment, and the after-sale support is where Solar Five fails. My system went down due to a failed inverter in April 2021. I arranged for a replacement inverter, and Solar Five gave it to another customer. It's now January 2022 and my system is still not operational, despite weekly calls to Solar Five. Terrible company and awful support.

False Misrepresenting Customer with worse product and services. Worse service provider partnering with Sunpower for Solar. Never believe on their products and people.

Our Solar System went down because the inverter failed. We have been down for 2 months. The new inverter was received at ********** on November 5, 2020. 28 days after they received the new inverter, we do not have a date to have it replaced, they are estimating January 2021 time frame. We paid a substantial amount of money for this solar system that should last 20 years, and 3 years into it, the response to have it repair is inadequate. The solar five team was professional, honest and great to work with. They monitored and ensured our solar is getting done correctly. The salesperson Dave was easily accessible for questions. The pricing was reasonable and worth the investment. I would definitely work with them again

Great Service and communication from Solar Five, Mr. Ken M****** explain the details of the process from start to finish, the company met every time line and promises, highly recommend... I’m very happy and pleased with my system.

Delays,errors with installation,lack of communications and follow up . Subcontractors that don’t show up,show up late or cancel at the last minute. Two month delay with them trying to figure out why the system was not working. We had to make loan payments and regular electric payments on a non functioning system for two months. Our rep Jason told us we would be reimbursed but we are still waiting a month late after system was finally able to function normally. Calls,text and emails have resulted in no response.
