Probably the best, most thorough eye exam I've ever experienced, the staff are friendly and professional, highly recommended
Unfortunately I will not recommend. They had my insurance details for a full week before my appt. Didn’t run a pre-authorization, or if they did opted not to advise even though they asked for the benefits info when I booked the appt a week in advance. Most clinics do this simple step. When I arrived I attended my appt only to learn after it was over that I needed to pay out of pocket as I was a week early to access my benefits renewal (every 2 years). Horrible! I paid two times to get the right description the first time everything was wayy too close and the second one made everything blurry! I asked for a refund and they said that the doctor wasted her time so there’s no need for a refund! I don’t recommend this place it’s better to go to LensCrafters, they did wayy better service and they had more technology than solar eye care. LensCrafters provided me with the right description.
Friendly staff and very knowledgeable optometrist. Will definitely return.
