From start to finish Misty Hayes and the Solar Experts were on top of it. Misty was honest about what panels and the amount needed for my house. I did not qualify for solar based on my current situation but James was beyond helpful. He came and sat with us and explained all of the benefits of solar and how it can help us. When i am eligible i will be going with solar experts. Very very professional people
James did a wonderful job helping us design and having our 19 kilowatt system installed. Any time I was uncertain I contacted James and he made sure we were fully aware of every step in the process. The one thing that made me go with this decision was how educated they were on the entire process. This is not something I found with other companies and we believe we are very fortunate for this.
