In October of 2007, Solar Distributors installed solar water heater on the roof of my house. The contractor, Frank stated he will install a 40 gallon storage tank as part of the system. He never mentioned I was being charged an extra \$1200 for this portion of the job when he provided the estimate. In fact what was actually installed was an extra water heater that ran on electricity(which defeats the purpose of using a solar water heater).
