We hired Solar Control Specialists to install privacy film in our home. Dissatisfied with the installation. Solar Control Specialists was on the higher end of the quotes we received, but I was willing to pay more for quality work. Billy explained that he uses a film handler for precise cuts, which was important for me to achieve apolishedlook. Most (if not all) of the cuts were done by hand.
