History Established in 2010. Current owner was a Tire Salesman and Lube Shop Manager in NY in the early 90s. Then around 1995-2000 he was a consultant/manager/engineer for several multi million dollar car wash facilities in NY. In 2001 he bought 4 multi-million dollar full service car wash/detail/oil change facilities in CT with 1 of them offering full service automotive repair. Ran those from 2001-2007 when he sold them. This place is horrible, called to see if they would redo my car, they said no, I had to hand scrub my car, I paid alot of money they did not even vacuum it.... I'm sure spreading this im pissed!
This place is horrible, no attention to detail and they just rush volume thru without any real detail paid to such things as drying the vehicle or making sure the tires/wheels are clean. Not worth the money AT ALL.!!!!
I have never met such dishonest people in my life. Goes to show that the owners of the Solar Car Wash and Solar Lube company, Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Holmes, don't stand behind their loyalty to the locals of Brevard County. Instead they are liars and won't use their insurance company to fix any damages they caused to your car. WARNING everyone out their to stop using these people if this is the respect of the community they are going to give. I have been to this car wash many many times but am done! After the job was supposedly complete the wheels were still filthy, bugs on front and smudged windows. Why pay someone to clean your vehicle when you have to do it again yourself when you get home? I tried to call to complain, no answer on their phones. The vehicle was still dripping wet after their "towel dry" too. Waste of money!
Sorry...but I'm done with these guys. I've probably written 3 bad business reviews in my life, and 2 of them were for this... car wash. I tried you again yesterday, spoke up up front about windows and side/trunk back not getting clean and paid for the triple wax. My car was passed off to another employee with no instruction. Watched then clean square windows in circles in the middle, never removed the mats, and the wax was never applied in the wash cycle. No one there was getting wax apparently, because it never came on. Never go there ..def Not better than island kleen..dat crew is awesome..the business sucks..my car is still dirty..terrible job for 25 dollars..u get more for less at island kleen...plus sonic lube is a stiff and the staff sucks ..all ..the owner is a ripoff..and they dont care about their customers..im not happy..never again..plus they used hella ac..left my car on line running with nobody working on it...take care of your customers..quality means everything..trust me go to island kleen ..down the street by arbys...these pe... read more
This place is terrible! I went there today and: 1. The A/C in the office/waiting area was not working; it was hotter that hell! 2. The cashier was extremely rude and had a major bad attitude. 3. I paid for the "Manager's Special" and received a terrible job. I could have gone to Island Kleen down the road and got a better job for their bottom price service. DO NOT GO TO SONIC CAR WASH!!!
When this business opened it was great, quality, and reasonable. Today it's a sham. Washes have gone up in price - mine by $10. Now they charge to vacuum your interior. In addition the female 'manager' and I do mean in quotes should be fired - she's has horrible customer service and is rude. It was funny with the stupidity of these guys opening the burger joint that failed. Now Sunic Lube that rarely ever has a car in there....but now it's worse. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.....I have not used it since it change management and changed names. I went in there yesterday and the price is quite a bit more expensive. I paid $13.99 to have my SUV washed inside and out. As I was waiting there were two other people there complaining about the job that was done on their vehicle. One woman said she paid $26.00 and they didn't even clean the inside. When I got into my vehicle, I saw that they had not cleaned the inside either.
