Seemed friendly at first but my install had a slew of problems and no fair resolution was offered. Even looking through past reviews where people had problems you can see by the owner's replies that there is no solutions offered, just defensiveness. Beware of this place!!!
Gus & Rose &. Their crew are very caring ppl. They wanna sell u the units that work 4 ur system. They won't be open tho til late fall/winter.
Just had a solar / lithium upgrade done to our van at Solar Bill's. Everything went great from getting the estimate, setting up the install appointment and the actual install itself. Couldn't be happier! Everyone there from Gus to all the staff were great. All aspects of the process was explained and all went according to plan. They even saved us about $400 from the original estimate! Would definitely recommend Solar Bills for all your Solar needs. Thank you Solar Bills!
I was stressed, to the max, when I walked into Solar Bill's last week. Had an install done by another person and was having major problems. Solar Bill's owners and staff was so kind and immediately checked over the rig to track down the faulty wiring. They worked me in the same day, stayed past closing hours and rewired the solar for me.. Now it works like it should have. I highly recommend them and cannot express how grateful I am for them helping me. Thank you all.
