As a building contractor, I have great appreciation that things don't always work right at first - but now that I'm 8+ weeks into being jerked around by Solar Bear, I'm writing this review. Dan Connelly gives lip service to customer service and technical baloney while being unable to get my system to deliver on the most basic obligations of a solar product - accurate readings on energy production, and accurate refunds/credits from the Utility company. Super reliable company! Dan met with me and my parents to talk the benefits of solar and he just made sense. My parents are very excited about their new solar system and savings.
