Really Liked :) One of our air conditioning units went out. I called the company that had installed the units when the home was built. They said they would call me right back to schedule an appointment. Three hours later I had not heard a thing. I was tired of waiting. My neighbor told me about Papa Bear. Within a half hour they called me back and scheduled me for the next morning, which is what I wanted. Do not call this Business Stay away from this company it is a big rip off the best words would explain this company Crock, thief . Generally they call you offer you discount check up and two ponds of free Freon. When they get to your house they come up with a long list of problems which is not true. I know, I have heard about this company I had my system checked up and knew it was no problem then I called them they came in with a $1850 repair I kicked them out, Do not fall for this company even they give you free service.
Great Work ++++ ÂI had a tenant at one of my properties call and report that the heater was no longer working. I called Papa Bear and spoke to customer service about my situation. "No problem", he said and asked if I would like him to call the tenant directly so I didn't have to play the middle man. He said they would be happy to give a free estimate and that they would call me when they were Âthere to give me a quote over the phone.
