Terrible company. When they installed our solar window tint film, some of the installers scratched the windows and parts of the film began to bubble. When we reached out to their company for assistance in remedying the issue, as well as get quotes for other windows in our home, they completely GHOSTED us. No response, no care for their work or their work product. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
Very responsive from start to finish. RJ came out quickly to review my windows, provided great options and the team was super professional, clean, efficient - they were done with 30+ windows in about 4 hours. I've already shared the company's info with several clients and neighbors.
Pablo and Andrew are amazing! They really took their time to evaluate the spaces at my workplace to “frost” for privacy. I highly recommend them for your needs at American Window Films Dallas!
