Our experience with Solar-Air was good. After purchasing our new home, we hired them to inspect our A/C system and air ducts, conduct maintenance on the air handler and replace all vents in the house with new ones. Beth and her team were helpful in providing service options for maintenance after inspection of the unit, as well as providing recommendations for vent type per room and communicating clearly regarding quotes and scheduled appointments. Avoid Solar-Air, Inc. — Failure to Honor Warranty and Poor Installation Our Lennox AC unit was installed by Solar-Air on February 12, 2024 — just over 1 year and 3 months ago. From the start, the installation was subpar: messy setup, noisy operation, and clear signs of poor workmanship that should have been corrected immediately. I called to ask questions and talk about what my options were and give them business but I was sadly disappointed when this lady answer the phone was really short with me , asked me if they installed the unit which I made it clear I was looking to have partially, or fully replaced the ac system as soon as a said they didn't installed the unit. She quickly hang up the phone. I can't believe they call that customer service.i would very give them business after that experience. I'm just shocked.
Recently got a new AC unit installed. Tom gave me a fair quote and John made sure everything went according to plan. The installers did a great good job very clean and professional highly recommended.
Do not recommend. Hired to install tarp and used two pieces of tarp , didn’t overlap properly and water intrusion continued. Did not correct problem, was told that was temporary when it was just installed. Total waste of money and time
