They never finished installing my heat strips in my unit. It's been over a year of calling and trying to get them to finish the job and they won't come finish it.
The compressor on my heat pump quit, it was under warranty. They came, diagnosed what was wrong and handled the replacement compressor with the company. It took a few days longer than usual because of holiday. I was kept aware of everything along the way. The tech who came to install the new compressor today was one of the nicest, most professional and hard working young men I have had working at my house.
It is appalling that I need to even give them 1 star to leave a review. My home warranty company assigned them to us. When they initially came to my house I was told I needed some freon. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I found out they still had not submitted my claim to the warranty company. After no response via calling or emailing them, my warranty company was finally able to get a hold of them and when they did, Sola Pros claimed I needed a brand new system, even though the technician that came here said... read more
