Every thing was good till the time I got another job outside the state and I have to brake my lease I gave 60 day notice and they said I will pay 2 months rent penalty for braking my lease which I agreed to Why I was still there they blocked me from getting another apartment saying I was owing them (I never owe them) The mentainace Teams manager are people wit questionable character I forgot some drinks st Remy vsop henecsy 4 red wine champagne and others when I went back the managers said she did not see them give me key sh... read more

Ms Blenda Answered all of my questions. She was free and willing to help me with anything that I needed help with. With this being my first apartment I’m touring, I chose not to do the application, but I am interested in moving into Park Alta apartments, so after going to a couple more tours we will see where my interests align. If there were no application fee or security deposit, either or, I probably would’ve signed up today for a 15month lease.
Brenda was so sweet and awesome, answered all of our questions and made the tour easy and fun!
