Very friendly and can find good apartments
This place is the worst. I went with a city voucher for $1980 and the lady told me this voucher isn’t valid. Also this program that I have is paying $990 brokers fee. She was complaining that the fee is to low and the she can’t help me at all. She even looked at me in a very bad way thing the I didnt like. Unprofessional and rude lady. Dont go there you will waist your time.
Solano Realty is a scam artist they work with other slum lords in the area to make a quick buck. Freddy helped us get into an apartment in 1038 White Plains Road. We moved in on the top floor a week into us living in the apartment the ceiling started leaking. Whenever it rained outside it was raining in my apartment. I informed the landlord of the problem in return he blamed me for the damages done to the ceiling .Even stated I would have to pay for the damages .
