Ardella on 67th is a terrible place to rent from. I can see why it gets so many poor and 1 star reviews. If you read the reviews you'll see so many complaints about bugs and cockroaches and it's exactly right. When I first moved in, there was a problem with flies getting in my unit and that continued for awhile. I had to buy fly killer spray on a regular basis. I have lived here since January of 2025 and i’m going on my second year here. This complex has been amazing mainly due to the management and office staff. Maleny and Imari have been so wonderful in making sure my work orders/concerns are heard and taken care of. It’s truly the best apartment complex i have lived in. They also have weekly landscaping to take care of the grass, debri, bushes, etc. they are great on communication and also occasionally have fun events for the residents here. I love the place. Aside the street being loud. It's genuinely quiet here. It's safe. Bus route is easy to get too. There's shopping within walking distance. It's genuinely amazing here.
