I’m fairly new tenant and I was welcome very good, very nice building to live.. Vanitha helped me with setting up the Telus cable.. she’s very helpful and very professional a great lady to deal with and she’s one of the resident managers at Solano House building.
Just an awful experience at Solano House. My wife and I stopped by to view an apartment. Admittedly we didn't have an appointment, so some kind gentleman let us in. The office door was closed, so we knocked and knocked because we were told the boss lady was in there. We were warned that she never answers the door or phone but we thought we'd try. No answer even after knocking fairly loud. We exited the building and walked back to the parking lot. In doing so we saw the boss lady sitting there in her office on her computer. ... read more
