Called on Thursday for a pick up because our freezer broke. Not wanting a bunch of frozen food to sit in the garbage can for 4 days. We paid for the extra pickup on Friday. Friday around 2:30 pm I called to make sure they wouldn't forget us. The receptionist reassured me we were on the driver's route, and he had until 6pm to pick it up. At 7:30, I went out to bring the can up from the curb. SHOCK, it wasn't picked up. Now, it will sit through the weekend because our scheduled pickup is Monday.
