Second visit and continuously impressed by the extraordinary service and professionalism of every staff member and doctors. Rare to find businesses like this today. Definitely a 5-star operation!
I have been going here for quite some time now. They see me for my diabetes and Diabetic Macular Edema. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the doctors are very professional.
Very friendly and professional folks working there. Very knowledgeable about what they do. Dr. Brad Sandler has put together a very good crew, both in Vacaville and in Fairfield.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the testing. Once all pretest are performed, the doctor just review your chart and precede to perform his more extensive check reducing wait time
I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone was welcoming and professional.
I was pleased with my experience. It was my first time there. It was a long wait - I had an early appt (8:40) ... saw dr. About at hour mark - but I had routine prep exams first before seeing doctor for my eye concern. Loved him - he was very professional, not pushy, and very encouraging - and tall!! I would recommend Dr. Sandler to my friends. Last time I had an eye exam was probably grade school-ha!
good surgery procedure..Long waits in office,appointment or not...Then told my wife that she HAD to purchase her glasses there..which is not true. will not go back..fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
I liked that he was very thorough. The only complaint I had of Dr. Castro was that he did 2 patients simultaneously so when I thought I was waiting about15 minutes for my eyes to dilate, they had actually dilated before he left to wait. And then he was gone for about 35g to 40 add'l minutes when I found out he was with/treating another patient. Lastly, I may have had a different reaction from the long wait if I knew the truth instead of the 15 minte deal.
