Once again this place has pulled through for me. Amanda and Charmaine are very helpful. Any issue I have had has been resolved quickly and painlessly. And a thank you to the mechanic. He definitely has a lot of scooters to repair on the beach. Thank you guys
Amazing experience today with Amanda, Colter and Charmaine! Amanda is always a pleasure to deal with and talk to, very professional when approached as such. Very upset 2 times this week that i go to the shop and the give me the wrong part im very mad because i got to drive 45 min to go overthere for nothing Make me waste my time my gas and my money
I'm not happy.they have had my scooter for three months and its still not fixed!!! It was only six months old when it died.

BEWARE. This place is a scam! Was having problems with my scooter just dying after I put one of there battery in it. 1st prob was it's my regulator, oh ok got it done a week later it does it again. Now it's my brake light keeps stayin on. They won't refund my money for the "first problem" and now they went ahead and fixed the brake issue without even notifying me of the cost or asking me if I wanted to get it done. Not a happy customer. When I shopped around in Gainesville for a scooter for my daughter, I paid a little more money to buy from Solano because they told me that they would take care of her if ever she had a problem, they pick scooters up quickly and that their service is prompt. They said that they minimize the amount of time that their customers are without their scooters because they know that this is the primary transportation for most of them.
