The worst service ever received from any car service center , from manager down to staffing. I don't recommend this place for services.
Caliber Collision in Vallejo is the best in California they do great work they are very friendly and kind and very easy to work with they have a great staff who are very knowledgeable they do what they say they are going to do and produce great results I recommend Caliber Collision for all of your collision needs and I would happily come back again
I already didn't enjoy the service, staff doesn't make you feel comfortable at all. Not a smile at all.
My car had a scratch on the rare right side. Before I came to Caliber Collision I already went to two body shops. One told me it will cost $2000 to paint it. Another one told me it will cost $1500-$1800. However at Caliber, when Derek helped me he didn’t immediately suggest this and that needed to be fixed. Instead he suggested to wash off my car first and the scratches on my car may come off and it could look much less worse than it looked right now. I agree and OMG, he was so right! I had a very disappointing experience with Caliber Collision in Vallejo. Mayra was the lady that help me first she was nice but then after who help me was the manager Derrick he is not good with costumer service at all. The customer service was poor, The work quality did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling dissatisfied with both the service and the overall experience. I would not recommend this location based on my experience!
