Do not recommend to ANYONE, unless you want to wake up in a cold apartment, bc you can’t control your own thermostat, walk outside to dog poo and piss on your door step, take a shower in cold water, get a citation or your car towed for not having NO WHERE TO PARK, oh and you ask to “buy” parking there are nun ever available. Woke up to a cold apartment again and I’m incapable of heating it comfortable temperatures because management had the heat turned off!! It’s currently 67 degrees inside and 52 degrees outside! The property is littered with trash and dog poop, cops regularly visit the complex and make arrests. Children run around unsupervised destroying property and in some cases even setting fires. Over all I would not recommend anyone to come live here!
So tell me why everytime i give them a good review they come along and i half to give them a bad one behind that. So let me advise you! That anyone that want to move here to not due so, because its alot of racist things that happens here such as your car getting towed for no reason not once but twice "want go into details". Tenants are always fighting over parking spots and the police stay over here because they have no security so people steal all the time and break in vechicle. Okay so it start out okay but then later into my lease i started getting less maintenance to come to my apartment, then parking sucks because you half to fight for a parking spot everyday and to top it all off "Not management well atleast i thought that" my vehicle started getting towed for no reason, and when i ask the tow people who called them they tell me "it was an individual" So management just letting tenants towed people vehicle for no reason? Look elsewhere,Do your research Property is meh. Parking lots are horrendous, too many pots holes. Staff are not that knowledgeable, they don’t seem to remember anything or keep up on what is done or told. A/C gets turned off to allow heat, this is for the whole complex It takes numerous complaints for them to switch it over to either or (a/c or heat). Do some research, the headaches are not worth the convenience of bills being included. Don’t recommend
