Went for retouch was charged $100 and it took 4 hours with minimal braids redone. One came loose on vacation and 3 fell out.

I asked for medium box braids and got very small braids. I have had a headache since 10:00am. I asked that the braids be braided to the back so I can put my hair in a ponytail but they braided it to the side although I repeatedly asked to braid it to the back. They had me bring my own hair but charged me the same amount I paid when they provided the hair. Very disappointing as a repeat customer.

The owner Solange is very welcoming and professional. I’ve visited this location three times: Visit 1: accommodated my appt on short notice. Solange was my Braider. Very professional and somewhat attentive to my comfort. The only gripe I had was my head being pulled to one side as she braided. Braiding at the crown of my head and pulling until my head was literally turned side ways hurt. Visit 2: Two different people braided my hair. OMG !!!!! My first time going to the salon July 19 2024 4 1/2 long hours it was worth it . Jennifer was so professional , My braids were so neat !!!! She's the best i cant wait to book my next hair appointment!!! I received so many compliments !!!! I love my hair !!!!!!! Thank you Jennifer !!!! S/o to Solange to !!!!!! Yall better book with Jennifer , Or the whole team at solange hair braiding... They all braid Greatttttt...
