I've had excellent massages here and not so good ones. The last one wasn't even a massage, it was an hour of pressure pushing with her elbows, arms and feet. That's fine for a little bit but pressure is not massaging the muscles. Since she didn't use her hands she couldn't feel the tight spots and knots. When I pointed to where it hurt she put her feet on my shoulders and pushed. That certainly didn't work. Depends upon who you get.
