Solana is a nice place to live. It is a small and quite community. The maintenance and office staff are kind and professional.
This is probably THE best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The office staff and maintenance guys are very kind, prompt, & hard working. Anytime I’ve had a problem they fix it. The property management really do go out of their way to help, and they even brought candy to my door for Halloween, and went to every single door on the property with “Boo Boxes” to hand out to all residents. I play to stay here for a very long time! They do have security at least 5 nights a week, so that helps keep the property safer.
Living at Solana has been an experience. I love that it is close to my kids school, close to food restaurants and shopping. Management is exceptionally nice. Made my move in process easy as pie. Thank you
The people who manage this apartment complex do nothing. After our apartment was burglarized and two windows were smashed, in less than a week they sent us a letter saying we needed to fix the boarded up windows or they would fine us. But they can take their time to fix things! For example- the mailboxes were vandalized and we couldn't get mail. It was over a month before they were fixed- and even now there is no lock on the door to the mailroom so anyone can go in at any time. A car crashed through the wall in front of our ... read more
