While the apartments here are nice and the location is great (walkable to Bethesda Avenue), do yourself a favor and do not rent here. The management company (Washington Property Co) took over during the pandemic and its been a tough ride. About 50 residents just signed on a letter to their corporate which has been pretty much ignored. Issues like: - No security - Racist front desk employee (Janice the wonderful left us!) - Shabby interior not kept up (painting, hallways, trash) - Garbage left outside - Elevators periodically... read more
Not good personnel
Maybe roof looks nice, but I can't work from home with that slow internet from Comcast, and thats the only option I get here, no options for providers at all
Apartments are nice, but the staff is awful. I got a chance to meet only with a girl Evan, she was really disrespectful and mean, and was trying to explain me that I might not be able to afford to live in these Luxury Apts, which was a real turn off for me.
